APPH Leadership Team
Mike joined APPH in February 2014 immediately following the acquisition of APPH by Heroux Devtek. Mike worked for Heroux Devtek for 7 years as Vice President and General Manager of the Industrial Division and led the world-wide operations of the Aerostructures Division. Prior to that Mike was President of Dornier Aircraft GmbH for 4 years and worked 19 years for AlliedSignal/Honeywell Aerospace including roles as General Manager of the previous Textron Lycoming Turbine Engine business. He holds a BSE in Industrial Engineering as well as an Executive MBA.
Gaetan joined APPH in June 2014. He has been working for Heroux Devtek for 13 years. Through the years, he held management positions at the Laval, Kitchener and Longueuil facilities where he lead successful major change management/lean, expansion/rehabilitation as well has automation projects. He was until recently Vice-President, Plant manager of the largest Heroux Devtek facility. Prior to that, Gaetan worked for Bell Helicopter and General Electric Aircraift Engine. He holds a BSE in Industrial Engineering and a MBA.
Mike joined APPH in June 2011 as SVP of Sales before becoming General Manager for the MRO business in October 2011. Prior to joining APPH, Mike held the role of SVP of Sales at Symmetry Medical and Sales Director at Doncasters Aerospace Fabrications. He also held the role of General Manager of the MRO division at Doncasters. Mike holds a BA Honours in Business. He was appointed to the role of Supply Chain Director in July 2014.
Julie joined APPH in April 2008 as HR Manager. Prior to joining APPH, Julie held HR positions within the packaging, automotive and food industries. Julie is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. She was appointed to the role of HR Director, APPH group in August 2010.
Jon joined APPH as Finance Director in December 2010. Prior to joining APPH, Jon held a number of senior finance roles within Private and Public Engineering industries. Jon is a Chartered Accountant, qualifying with Ernst and Young.
